State-of-the-art training facility. We train athletes in groups of eight or less in our 24,000 square foot, state-of-the-art, multi-surfaced, climate-controlled facility. Because 65 percent of people are visual learners, we rely on Dartfish Software, which allows us to film an athlete’s performance – be it a sprint or golf swing – and analyze improvement over time.
Programs tailored by age and skill level. Scientific studies show that the optimal time to begin movement training is age 7-12. We work with positive reinforcement and keep it fun for kids including playing games that utilize the skills from that session. Our age and skill appropriate training helps the young and the more seasoned athlete alike build and/or develop these skills.
Guaranteed results. We believe in our training; it is based on proven techniques that have a track record of results for athletes nationwide. For this reason, we guarantee improvement in every person who goes through one of our programs.
