Recreational Soccer Home Page The Recreational Soccer Program is designed to provide each and every child a positive and fun soccer experience, with the focus on camaraderie and participation. Volunteer coaches lead each team in practices and games against teams based around local school neighborhoods. The main recreational season is in the fall. More than 1,000 Kindergarten-12th Graders participate, making soccer one of the biggest sports in the community! Practicing begins in August with the Kickoff Kamp player clinics. League play is Saturdays and weeknights in August, September and early October. The season wraps up with the FIREfest in mid-October. Signups for the Fall Recreational League occur in May of each year. The Spring Recreational League is the newest program of the Burnsville Fire Soccer Club, and already boasts more than 250 kids from Kindergarten-6th Grade. Practicing begins in April, with games every Saturday in May and June. The season wraps up in late June with the FIREfest. Signups for the Spring Recreational League occur in February of each year.
