Referee Registration

There are just 2-3 steps to start refereeing with the Burnsville Fire Soccer Club.

1. Complete a W-9 Form and mail it to the club: BFSC, PO Box 1394, Burnsville, MN 55337. This form is required before any checks
   can be cut to referees working games.
2. Establish an account in our club management system. We use the Cogran Club Management System to assign and communicate
   with referees. Once you have an account, you may log in to check assignments, update your profile, and manage your assignments.

   • Brand New Referees, please go to our registration page to sign-up with the club.
3. All referees 14 years of age and younger must also complete the Minor Referee Parental Consent Form and mail it to the club before
   they can be assigned to games.
